Ian goes by Fonzian online. He is a fitness and travel creator based in Austin. He left the military, moved from Virginia to Texas knowing no one, and started documenting what he did. Over time, thousands of people started writing to tell him he inspired them. He says that feeling has gone numb. The one hateful comment sticks longer than a hundred kind ones.

This film follows him through a season of change. The gym he had wanted since childhood ended in a fallout with a partner he saw as a mentor. Friendships he had outgrown drifted away. He is deciding between a quieter life and chasing something much bigger. Ian says he isn't sure who he wants to be next, and he says he can feel it getting clearer.
