Keoni co-directed the full series alongside a small team of filmmakers on an extended road trip across four countries. Days started before sunrise and ran late. The itinerary shifted constantly — unplanned detours, last-minute locations, subjects found along the way. A street painter in Barcelona led to a trip to Marrakesh. A drive through Portugal became 1,000km in seven days. Morocco ended in the Sahara. Each film landed as its own piece, cut for ThisWorld's YouTube channel.
