CURRENTS, the second episode of our debut film series, Beyond the Noise, produced in partnership with Khmer Ocean Life, follows two Cambodians who found their way to the ocean unexpectedly, one from a landlocked province, one from the city, as they patrol reefs, run community education, and work to keep Cambodia's coastline from disappearing.
